Paid Plans (Future)
If we ever introduce a paid plan for higher AI limits, batch processing, or premium features, the following refund rules will apply:
• 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked, for any reason.
• Prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@alltools.app with your order ID and reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we'd much rather solve the problem directly than deal with a dispute.
