Local-First Architecture
AllTools is designed local-first. When you open a PDF editor, image compressor, or code formatter, the file is loaded into your browser's memory and processed there. It never travels across the network.
Data We Do Handle
AI tools: your prompt is sent to our AI gateway, processed, and the response returned. No prompt or response is stored server-side beyond the immediate request lifecycle.
Analytics: aggregated, anonymous, and never joined to any personal identifier.
Support emails: retained for up to 24 months to help us follow up on issues.
Retention
We keep the minimum amount of data for the minimum amount of time. Anonymous analytics are retained for 12 months. Support conversations for 24 months. Everything else is deleted immediately after processing.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure runs on hardened edge networks with automated intrusion detection. We do not use third-party trackers or advertising SDKs.
International Transfers
AI requests may be processed in data centers located in the EU, US, or Asia depending on latency. All transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
